Chris Mortensen

Chris Mortensen is an experienced songwriter and performer, playing guitar and bass guitar.  He has played music for over 45 years in bands, as part of the western trio, ‘Saddle Serenade’, and as a solo act.  Chris has written over 60 original songs, with his latest CD being, “I’ll Rope You The Sunset”.  His CD titled, “Saddle Serenade”, also features Mary Jo Hansen and Lindsey Oliva, a very talented mother/daughter team.  This CD is earning much critical acclaim.  Chris is a member of the Cowboy Poets of Utah, the Cowboy Poets of Idaho, and the International Western Music Association.  His poems and songs are found on cowboypoetry.com.  His CD’s are at the CD table, and music can be purchased on cdbaby.com.  cwmort61@gmail.com
